The Thumb Technique for Pituitary Gland Stimulation

Dr. Mandel here with you. Do I have a technique that I would love to share with you? It’s a technique that involves the thumb working with hand reflexology that works directly with the brain, particularly the anterior and posterior pituitary gland that’s located above the sphenoidal sinuses. If you look here, you can see the maxillary sinuses and other sinuses – the frontal sinus, and the ethmoidal sinuses, and are all interconnected to each other.

Understanding the Pituitary Gland

Now, the main function of these hormones is to excite or stimulate a particular part of the body known as the target gland. What’s amazing is that this pituitary gland is the size of a pea and it secretes all these different hormones. Just thyroid stimulating hormone affects the thyroid gland. There are millions of people who have symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as fatigue, tiredness, lack of energy, and weight gain, as well as many other symptoms.

Stimulating the Center of the Thumb

So, this technique will be done in two phases. Now in the 1st phase, for the 1st twenty seconds, we’re going to stimulate the right in the center of the left thumb. We’re going to pinch it hard together back and forth, pinch and release, good for about 20 seconds. Keep doing it. Some of you may feel some changes as you do this, back in the nasal region.

Squeezing the Side Part of the Nail Bed

After 20 seconds, you’re going to take these same two fingers and I want you to squeeze the side part of the nail bed, just like this. You’re going to squeeze it together, just like this. Okay, you’re going to squeeze it and you’re going to hold that point. Go ahead, just hold it, and you’ll hold it anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute.

Benefits of Pituitary Gland Stimulation

As you hold it, right now I’m starting to feel changes behind my nasal area. I feel it opening up, I can feel my sinuses open up, and I can feel pressure relieving back in my sinus area. This is stimulating the pituitary gland right now. Many people will get different symptoms. Some of you may feel a surge of energy, clarity, and more focus.

Improved Breathing and Sinus Relief

You may feel that you can breathe better, and feel more connected with yourself. Most of you will feel some type of change behind the nasal area. Some will feel more, some will feel less. If you don’t feel anything, don’t be disappointed, try it again later on, do it again the next day, and do it several times. See if your body starts to kick in.

You to see wonderful changes in your health, as well as your breathing, your sinus, and your clarity, which is extremely important.
